SEOUL, Oct. 29 (Yonhap) -- AliExpress will hold its biggest annual discount event, "11.11 Singles' Day," from Nov. 1 to 18, the company said Thursday.

The event will offer discounts of up to 80 percent across all categories, along with prize draws for an electric vehicle and discount coupons.

By purchasing a daily entry ticket for 110 won, participants can enter prize draws for various rewards, including a Tesla Model Y RWD and discount coupons worth up to 50,000 won. By completing missions such as daily check-ins and product purchases, participants can enter the draws up to five times a day.

Products from more than 180 brands will be offered at special prices, with category-specific promotions for home appliances, automotive products and home living items to be rolled out sequentially. Fresh food and beauty products will also be sold at discounted prices.

From Nov. 5-8, AliExpress will operate the "Ali Gacha Throws" pop-up store in Seongsu-dong, Seoul, designed to resemble a giant gacha capsule machine.

The pop-up will feature an actual electric vehicle on display and product experience zones, along with on-site events such as the "11-Second Challenge," in which participants must grab products within a limited time.
