SEOUL, April 4 (Yonhap) -- BTS member Jin visited a wildfire-affected area in North Gyeongsang Province to volunteer in meal service for evacuees.
According to the music industry on Thursday, Jin visited a shelter in Gilan-myeon, Andong, the previous day, assisting in serving meals to residents displaced by the wildfire.
Wearing a black cap, a mask, and an apron, Jin was seen kindly asking evacuees, “How would you like your meal?” as he served food.
His agency, BigHit Music, stated, “Jin wanted to provide even a small amount of help to those affected by the wildfire, which is why he participated in the volunteer work.”
Other BTS members have also contributed to the wildfire recovery efforts, with Jungkook donating 1 billion won, V 200 million won, and RM, J-Hope, and Suga each donating 100 million won.
