SEOUL, August 12 (Yonhap) -- South Korean online media streaming service Coupang Play is showcasing a campus romance series, “Returning Student: Grade of an A with love of F” also known as “Returning Student.”
“Returning Student” starring S.Korean actor Kwon Hyuk-soo and actress Joo Hyun-young will premiere on August 20 at 8 p.m. announced Coupang Play on Friday.
Campus romance series “Returning Student” created by the producers of South Korean comedy program “SNL Korea” is about protagonist Hyuk-soo, from class of 2024 who is a returning student in need of someone to love, and Hyun-young a newly entered student from class of 2026 who is blinded by the love.
Both Actor Kwon Hyuk-soo and and actress Joo Hyun-young will act out the characters with same name as themselves. Kwon Hyuk-soo will act out a normal returning student at a university where as Joo Hyun-young will act out a character which is super direct about her feelings.
Friend of Hyuk-soo will be acted by Kim Won-hoon, actress Im So-yoon will act out the typical S.Korean standard eldest daughter, Kim Min-kyo and Jung Ah-rang will show a different level or romance throughout the series.
