YTN world to air independent movie 'Chosen' on December 30, showing history of Korean immigrants

SEOUL, Dec. 27 (Yonhap) —YTN's global export channel, YTN World, will air the independent movie "Chosen," which looks back on the history of Korean immigrants, on December 30 at 10 p.m. (KST).

"Chosen" is a documentary film directed by Jeon Hu-seok, a Korean-American, about the five Korean nominees who challenged in American politics, how they grew, and why they chose to work in American politics.

The movie won the grand prize for audience-chosen documentary at the New York Asian American International Film Awards.
