SEOUL, Mar. 21 (Yonhap) -- K-pop sensation BLACKPINK’s Jisoo has reached another milestone by surpassing 950,000 pre-order sales for her upcoming solo debut album “ME,” the artist’s agency YG Entertainment confirmed Monday.
“This is an all-time high record for a K-pop female artist's solo album,” her agency added.
Since pre-orders for “ME” kicked off on Mar. 6, the album raked in 510,000 orders only in the first two days and 840,000 orders in a week.
Meanwhile, Jisoo will roll out her solo debut album on Mar. 31.
