SEOUL, Feb. 7 (Yonhap) - What if there is a perfume that everyone likes me just by spraying it?

The movie "Love My Scent," which is set to be released on Wednesday, tells the story of a man becoming a lover with a woman he has been in a crush for years while getting his hands on an unknown perfume.

Yoon Siyoon, who played Chang-soo, whose career or love doesn't work as he wish to be as his, said in an interview held at a cafe in Samcheong-dong, Jongno-gu, on Monday, "I think it is a fairytale-like fantasy that remains for this young man who is approaching the late 30s." "I hope you can see it like a magic wand in a fairy tale, like Cinderella's glass shoes or pumpkin carriage," he said.

Chang-soo, a car salesman, is scolded at work every time for his habitual lateness and low sales performance, and cannot speak to his crush that goes to work on the same bus every day.

Then one day, miraculous things happen when he sprays perfume that he accidentally got. Every woman who made eye contact runs toward him. Ara (Seorina), who is on the same bus, also begins to feel an unknown romance toward Chang-soo.

Yoon Siyoon smiled embarrassingly, saying, "I also become a fool and break down in front of someone I really like, and I think character and I are very similar." He then said that he resembles Jun-hyuk in the sitcom "High Kick Through the Roof" (2009).

"I become a huge coward. I think it's been a relationship pattern for me so far that I can't approach to someone I like with courage and hesitate when the she needs me. If I had a perfume that seduced the opposite gender, I'd use it too much. I think I'll always spray it and check the remaining amount."

After getting perfume, Chang-soo gains confidence and grows day by day. Yoon Siyoon said, "In the end, it is love that made Chang-soo gain courage," and added, "I too was able to come so far because of such love."

"Someone likes me not because I'm good, but because she tries to see the good side of me. I understand what I'm lacking, and I think I'm able to stand in front of the TV with courage. I really don't have the courage. In a way, he's a real beneficiary of love."

"Love My Scent" is the first film for Seorina to act the leading part. Seorina played Ara, who rarely laughs because she was suffering from an immature family. Seorina’s appearance in the film resembles the lovely Jin Young-seo's appearance in the popular drama "Business Proposal," which aired last year.

Yoon Siyoon said, "I learned that working in harmony with the other actor is the most important thing in this kind of film," and praised, "I enjoyed working because Seorina relied on and respected me a lot."

"If you look at this film, she comes out so lovely. I think it's a fun movie to watch an actor named Seorina because she has the energy of spring."

Yoon Siyoon, who has been acting in romance since his debut film "High Kick Through the Roof," hinted at his own secret, saying, "I try to raise each actress' love views and memories of love as much as possible."

"Let the other actor project a lot of real love into the film. That's how it comes out really pretty. A woman in love is so beautiful. While working on this film, I asked Seorina to think that she was actually dating and tell me what she wanted to do."

Yoon Siyoon expressed his wish, saying, "I hope it's a film that can be seen in a simple way."

"I hope you take it lightly and see this film on your upcoming Valentine's Day or spring date." I hope I can approach it as a movie without burden."
