SEOUL, Oct. 14 (Yonhap) -- Fans of BTS member J-Hope have created a special bench garden named "J-Hope Forest 2" in Seoul Forest, located in Seongdong-gu, Seoul, to commemorate his upcoming military discharge. The fan group, known as "Jung Ho-seok's (J-Hope's real name) Flower Path Creation Team," announced on the 13th that the project aims to celebrate J-Hope’s return.

"J-Hope Forest 2" is situated between the central pond and the water playground within Seoul Forest. The garden features several wooden benches of varying sizes and heights arranged in different directions. The letters "HOPE" are prominently displayed, with plants arranged on top of the 'H' and 'P' letter boxes and around the benches.

This is not the first time J-Hope's fans have engaged in such activities. In October last year, they also established the original "J-Hope Forest Bench Garden" as a donation project.

The "Jung Ho-seok Flower Path Creation Team," in collaboration with a Japanese fan club, is also planning a "Seoul Forest Clean Project" on October 19, where they will pick up litter within the park.

J-Hope has been serving as an instructor at the 36th Infantry Division's recruit training battalion in Wonju, Gangwon Province, and is set to be discharged from the military on the 17th.
