TRENDZ to Hold Trail-Blazing Solo Concert in Turkiye

SEOUL, July 31 (Yonhap) -- Rising star TRENDZ is set to hold their first solo concert in Turkey, its agency announced on the 31st.

TRENDZ will host the large-scale concert "TRENDZ 1st Türkiye Concert" at the JJ Arena Watergarden in Istanbul on October 6.

After wrapping up the European tour in March, TRENDZ will embark on their first solo performance in Turkey this October. The group has been engaged in strengthening its musical presence in the K-pop's uncharted territories, such as Morocco, Romania, and Bulgaria.

A local representative from the event's organizing committee stated, "TRENDZ, with their solid K-pop fandom in Turkey, will offer a unique cultural experience and unforgettable memories to global audiences. For this Turkey concert, TRENDZ has prepared a special surprise performance."

TRENDZ is gearing up for their official debut in Japan via partnership with major Japanese label Avex Trax. Following the successful promotion of their fourth single album, TRENDZ is set to release their first mini-album, "REBIRTH," on July 31.

The band is set to throw "TRENDZ JAPAN DEBUT SHOWCASE -REBIRTH-" at KT Zepp Yokohama on August 10 and participate in the "DREAM CONCERT WORLD IN JAPAN 2024" on August 11.

TRENDZ also plans to connect with more fans on various global stages, including Turkey. In the latter half of the year, they will embark on the "KPOP BREAKOUT TOUR '24," performing in the United States, Canada, and other locations across North America.
