SEOUL, Oct. 21 (Yonhap) -- Actress Nam Bo-ra, widely known as the eldest of 13 siblings, has shared the news of her upcoming marriage to her non-celebrity boyfriend.
According to the entertainment industry on the 21st, Nam Bo-ra posted a video on her YouTube channel, Nam Bo-ra's Life Theater, showing her being proposed to by her boyfriend.
In the video, Nam Bo-ra described how her boyfriend surprised her with a proposal during a meal on the last day of their trip to Tokyo. She expressed her emotions through captions, saying, "I was so surprised that tears came to my eyes," and promised, "I will show everyone how beautifully we will live together."
Her fiancé remains unnamed, and no specific details about him have been released to the public. Nam Bo-ra first gained recognition in 2005 through the MBC variety show Sunday Sunday Night in the segment Choir of Angels, where she appeared as the eldest of 11 siblings. Since then, with the birth of two more siblings, Nam Bo-ra has become the eldest of 13.
Nam Bo-ra has continued her career as an actress, appearing in both films and television dramas. Last year, she starred in the drama The Independent Life of Hyosim's Family and the film My Radiant Revenge.
