SEOUL, March 22nd (Yonhap) -- The first-generation K-pop idol group, H.O.T's member Kangta, is starting a music project to honor the 25th anniversary of his debut.
According to his management agency, SM Entertainment, Kangta will be launching music and albums every quarter of this year as his music project. The singer's first release will be a single album, "Freezing", which is available on the 24th.
Kangta officially worked actively on his music as a solo artist in 2016 when he released his mini album, "'Home' Chapter 1".
The 41-year-old singer debuted as a solo artist with his first full-length album, "Polaris" after H.O.T. broke up in 2001.
Kangta has established himself as a singer-songwriter by making most of his hit songs such as "Polaris", "Pine tree", "Propose", "That Summer", and "Twenty-three".
