SEOUL, Nov. 8 (Yonhap) -- NewJeans' "Cool With You" has surpassed 200 million streams on Spotify, their agency announced on Friday.
The track, one of the three title songs from NewJeans' second mini-album Get Up, reached a total of 200,186,529 streams as of the 6th, according to ADOR.
With this achievement, NewJeans now has a total of 10 songs with over 200 million streams. The cumulative streaming count for all their songs on Spotify has reached 5.4 billion.
"Cool With You" features a sophisticated beat based on UK garage (a genre of electronic music originating in the early 1990s) and is complemented by NewJeans' restrained vocals. Upon its release, the song made its debut on the Billboard Hot 100, further cementing its success.
