SEOUL, Sep. 3 (Yonhap) -- U-know Yunho (real name Jung Yunho) of K-pop duo TVXQ, who has been caught violating the social distancing regulations by gathering in an unauthorized adult entertainment bar past the nighttime curfew, 10 p.m., has apologized again.
“I sincerely apologize once again for failing to follow the social distancing regulations. I have been repenting my mistake feeling ashamed and regretful,” posted Yunho on his social media page.
“I have no other words to say but sincerely sorry for having let down the many whom I have caused concern to with my carelessness about the place I have visited. I wasn’t particularly aware of the place as I was only informed that it was a quiet place to chat.”
“I will more whip myself and reflect on my misdeed so that this kind of incidence never occurs again,” added Yunho.
Earlier in February, Jung was caught by the police while staying in an unauthorized adult entertainment bar located in Cheongdam-dong Gangnam district past the nighttime curfew, 10 p.m.
The adult bar was a place run by women employees escorting clients, but Jung explained that he did not share his table with the workers.
As the Seoul Central District Prosecutor’s Office requested the Gangnam District Office to fine the bar’s owner, workers and the clients, it seems Jung will be charged with fines.
