SEOUL, Jan. 5 (Yonhap) – Kishida Ririka, Hayase Hana, Chang Ching, and Lee Yun-ji from the Mnet’s audition TV program “Girls Planet 999 : The Girls Saga” will make a debut in a new girl group.

The agency FCENM has mentioned on Jan. 5, "Kishida Ririka, Hayase Hana, Chang Ching, Lee Yun-ji, and other members will officially debut in the music industry in a 6-member girl group in March."

The group’s name is “ILY:1.” It comes from combining the word “I” and the number “1·one,” meaning the members will show a variety of colorful charms.

The agency will introduce the official social media page and reveal the group logo on Jan. 5.

“Girls Planet 999,” which was aired last year, drew attention with its audition system, where a total of 99 trainees, 33 trainees from Korea, China, and Japan, are selected to become a member of the new girl group.

Kep1er, which is the girl group formed through the program, has recently made a debut and other trainees are also preparing for music performances and debut.
