SEOUL, November 15 (Yonhap) -- Royal Palace and Royal Tomb branch of the Cultural Heritage Administration will hold an experience education regarding the special exhibition "Emperor Gojong" for four days on November 19, 20, and December 3, 4, on the second floor of Deoksugung Palace Jungmyeongjeon.
While understanding the situation during the Korean Empire, which was under great threat of national sovereignty invasion, the participants will go through the organization and activities of "Jekgukikmunsa," an intelligence agency directly under the emperor established in June 1902 by order of King Gojong.
The participants will experience the process of encrypting and decrypting using the "Jegukikmusa" method used to write their secret report.
This education is for 4th–5th graders, and 30 people can participate in every session.
