SEOUL, Apr. 29 (Yonhap) – S. Korean remake of “Money Heist” will be first revealed in June.
Netflix announced on Friday that it will unveil the first part of its new original series “Money Heist: Korea – Joint Economic Area” on June 24.
Part 1 consists of a total of six episodes, and the release time of Part 2 has not been confirmed yet.
“Money Heist: Korea – Joint Economic Area” is a remake of Netflix Spain’s original series “Money Heist.” It depicts the story of a group of top-tier thieves, which centers on a genius strategist known as the “Professor,” staging a hostage crisis situation.
S. Korean actors Yoo Ji-tae, Park Hae-soo, Jeon Jong-seo, and Lee Won-jong will star in the drama.
