Seventeen’s S.Coups and Mingyu to debut as a unit with first mini album

SEOUL, Sept. 3 (Yonhap) -- Seventeen members S.Coups and Mingyu will release their first mini album as a special unit on Sept. 29, their agency Pledis Entertainment said Wednesday.

At midnight, Pledis unveiled a trailer video, "Join Our Vibe," which was filmed in Los Angeles and shows the two members enjoying everyday moments freely.

The album’s title, "Hype Vibes," reflects a "hot and liberating atmosphere" where anyone can join and connect, embodying the duo’s attitude of living in the moment without constraints.

"Initially, the pair prepared a single, but expanded it into a mini album to express the diversity and organic nature of everyday life," Pledis said.

Seventeen will kick off a new world tour with concerts on Sept. 13-14 at Incheon Asiad Main Stadium.
