SEOUL, March 2 (Yonhap) -- Group Red Velvet will come back with a new song this spring.
The band will release a new mini-album “The ReVe Festival 2022 - Feel My Rhythm” on Mar. 21, according to agency SM Entertainment, Wednesday.
The album consists of 6 songs including the title song “Feel My Rhythm.”
Red Velvet released a series of prominent summer hit songs including “Red Flavor,” “Power Up,” “Umpah Umpah,” “Zimzalabim,” and “Queendom" and plans to fire up the spring music industry this time.
An official from the agency said, "Please look forward to seeing Red Velvet, which has proven its broad music spectrum and concept performance through solo and unit activities as well as group."
The new mini-album will begin pre-orders from today through online and offline stores.
Ahead of the comeback, the group will hold a live performance “2022 The ReVe Festival: Prologue” on Mar. 19~20, at the SK Handball Stadium, in Seoul Olympic Park, and plan to meet fans.
Red Velvet is a 5 member girl group consisting Irene, Wendy, Seulgi, Joy, and Yeri. The group which debuted with the single “Happiness” in 2014, presents music in various concepts and is evaluated as a band that has both popularity and musicality.
