SEOUL, Aug. 29 (Yonhap) -- Young K of boy band DAY6 will debut as a solo artist releasing his first solo album "Eternal" on Sep.6, according to the artist's agency JYP Entertainment Sunday.
The title of the album carries a meaning of "sing forever." Young K has produced and written lyrics for all the 7 tracks.
The title song "I'll Hold You Till the End" and the sub-title song "Still Give Everything" both best show the message of the album. They depicts the feeling of reassurance having an eternal my side.
Also, the album includes "Microphone" featuring singer-songwriter Dvwn, "Best Song," "Freeze to Death" and "Goodnight
The artist who debuted as a member of DAY6 in 2015, has shown his capability as a singer-songwriter producing the team's representative songs such as "You Were Beautiful," "Time of Our Life" and "Zombie."
He has organized a unit Even of Day with other members of the band, Wonpil and Dowoon, last year and has actively performed online releasing an album.
He has recently passed for KATUSA (Korean Augmentation to the United States Army) and is planning to join the army in October.
