Director Lim Soon-rye, renowned for films like Negotiation and Little Forest, is set to make her drama debut with Labor Attorney No Moo-jin, scheduled to air on MBC in May next year.
The series is a comedic fantasy action drama centered on No Moo-jin, a labor attorney who can see ghosts.
Actor Jung Kyung-ho will play the titular character, a labor attorney with neither historical nor social consciousness, focused solely on making a living. After a near-death experience, No Moo-jin reluctantly begins addressing labor issues brought to him by ghosts, gradually growing as a person.
Seo In-ah will play Na Hee-joo, No Moo-jin's headstrong sister-in-law who frequently challenges him, while Cha Hak-yeon will portray Ko Kyun-woo, a former journalist turned video content creator.
The drama boasts a stellar creative team, with Kim Bo-tong, the writer of Netflix's D.P. series, and Yoo Seung-hee, known for My Love, My Bride and I Can Speak, contributing to the script.
