SEOUL, May 10 (Yonhap) -- South Korean girl group (G)I-DLE unveiled the music video for its new track “Allergy” of the upcoming sixth mini-album “I Feel” on Wednesday, the group’s agency said.
The song expresses the conflicting feelings
of wanting to be loved despite resenting oneself for comparing with others. The group had its message seamlessly delivered by blending the high-teen music video with its cheerful melody, dramatic song progression, and bittersweet lyrics.
The act’s forthcoming EP, led by the title track “Queen Card,” will be released on May 15. The five members of (G)I-DLE participated in writing and composing of all six tracks.
Meanwhile, the group will also kick off its live world tour, and hold its performance in Seoul for two days from May 17.
