SEOUL, Oct. 13 (Yonhap) -- The National Museum of Korea set up a virtual museum, “Healing Hills” (translated), in ZEPETO, a metaverse platform, on the 8th, to allow the users to enjoy two pieces of Glit-bronze Maitreya in Meditation which were designated as National Treasures.
The two Glit-bronze statues are both outdoors and in a cave each.
Over 950,000 visitors stopped by “Healing Hills” (translated) and 93% of them were foreign visitors, the museum said.
