BLACKPINK to Debut New Song at Upcoming Goyang Concert in July

SEOUL, June 23 (Yonhap) -- BLACKPINK will unveil a new song for the first time during their "DEADLINE" world tour concert in Goyang on July 5–6 at the Goyang Sports Complex Main Stadium.

YG Entertainment announced on Monday, “There were extensive discussions about how to present the new song. We decided to debut it at the Goyang concert, the symbolic starting point of the DEADLINE tour where BLACKPINK reunites with their fans.”

The agency added that the song’s official release date will be announced soon.

This marks BLACKPINK’s first new release in about 2 years and 8 months since their second full-length album "BORN PINK" in September 2022 — excluding the game OST “THE GIRLS.”

The members recently completed filming the music video for the new track in Korea.

Following the Goyang kickoff, BLACKPINK will embark on a 31-show world tour across 16 cities, including Los Angeles, Chicago, New York, Toronto, Paris, and Tokyo.
