Seoul January 30, (Yonhap) -- K-pop sensation Seventeen secured three Gold certification from the Record Association of Japan for their hit songs, which surpassed 50 million streams, according to PLEDIS Entertainment on Monday.
Lead track of Seventeen's fourth studio album, "HOT," and accompanying songs, "Darl+ing," along with the lead track from group's second studio album, "Clap," have surpassed 50 million streams milestone, earning them the prestigious Gold certification for streaming excellence.
The Record Association of Japan, is responsible for certifying music achievements, based on cumulative stream counts. Songs which achieve over 50 million streams receive Gold certification, over 100 million for Platinum, and over 500 million for Diamond.
Seventeen, has surpassed limits for Gold certification with 10 of their chart-toppers, including 'Very Nice,' 'Don't Wanna Cry,' and 'Pretty U.'
Seventeen will be hosting encore concert in March 30 and 31 at the Incheon Asiad Main Stadium. The group will further extend their musical journey with concerts in Osaka and Kanagawa, Japan, in May.
