"Lover Like Me," CL's 2nd single to be released on Wed

SEOUL, Sep. 27 (Yonhap) -- Singer CL will present the second pre-release song for her first regular solo album.

She will release her new song "Lover Like Me" at 1 p.m. on the 29th, according to label VeryCherry Monday.

The upcoming song is the second pre-release single for the artist's 1st regular album "ALPHA" which is to be unveiled in October. She released her first single "SPICY" comparing her strong ego to a hot spicy sauce.

While "SPICY" maximized CL's capacity as a rapper, "Lover Like Me" will show her powerful vocal.

The music video teaser revealed an intense melody with the verse "You will never ever find another lover like me."

CL announced her plans for the 1st regular album and is actively working in Korea and America.

She appeared in South Korea's music show in 7 years in August, at Met Gala, one of the biggest recent fashion events in America and at "I Heart Radio Music Festival," a large music festival.
