Record Label Industry Association of Korea to open research regarding black market ticket transaction

SEOUL March 2 (Yonhap) -- Record Label Industry Association of Korea will conduct a research regarding usage of the ticket reservation webpage and black market tickets in hope to put an end to black market transaction.

“There are numbers of cases where people would use secretive ways to get their hands on the tickets, for instance some might use, macros, un authorized ticketing agencies, paying for premium for their tickets and more” addressed official from the Record Label Industry Association of Korea on behalf of conducting such research.

The association plans to analyze the thoughts on how the majority of the user think of the ticketing platform, and provide direct and useful method to prevent black market ticket trade from happening.
