SEOUL, Nov. 29 (Yonhap) -- Singer Hyolyn from girl-group SISTAR, has decided to put off schedules for her new song “Layin’ Low” one day before release.

“New song “Layin’ Low,” which was to be released at 6 p.m. on the 30th, has been rearranged to be revealed in January 2022, due to inevitable reasons,” announced the singer’s management agency 브리지 Monday.

“We have decided to postpone release schedules to meet the fans with enhanced quality. We sincerely apologize to the fans who have been waiting and ask for kind understanding,” said the agency.

“We will first return with a Christmas special single on December 22nd,” added the agency.

Hyolyn, debuted in 2010 as a main vocal of group SISTAR, is famous for her powerful vocal that covers a wide range of genres.

After SISTAR disbanded in June 2017, she set up a one-man entertainment company, Bridge, and has been acting alone. She has recently released a summer song, “Summer or Summer,” with another former member Dasom.
