SEOUL March 27 (Yonhap) -- Re interpretation of the classic Pansori Heongboga titled “The Divorce Case of Heong-bo’s Wife” will premiere on April 11 through 19, at the Jeongdong Theater located in Seoul.
National Jeongdong Theater’s “Changjak – ing” business which selects various unique projects selected “The Divorce Case of Heong-bo” depicts a story of Heongbo who gets caught up in a divorce case.
Pansori Heongboga will be featured throughout the upcoming production where melody of piano and violin will help out viewers with the understanding of collaboration of old but yet newly introduced characters.
Sorikkun, Single Performer Choi Yong-seok, worked on the production of the upcoming show and Hwang Ho-jun will work on the composition of music. Sorikkun, Single Performer Kim Yul-hee will act out the female protagonist and Han Jin-soo will act out the male protagonist Heongbo.
