SEOUL, May 9 -- Rolling Hall, a landmark venue in Hongdae known for supporting Korea’s indie music scene, has opened applications for its 2024 “CMYK” talent discovery project.
Now in its fourth year, CMYK selects promising new musicians and provides them with opportunities to perform. This year, the project has expanded to include a hip-hop category in addition to its traditional band competition.
Winners and runners-up in the band category will perform at the 2025 Sound Planet Festival, while those in the hip-hop category will earn slots at the 2025 Jeonju Ultimate Music Festival.
Rolling Hall CEO Kim Chun-sung will serve on the judging panel, underscoring the venue's continued commitment to nurturing fresh talent.
