SEOUL December 1 (Yonhap) -- When I first received the script I decided to turn down the offer because I thought I have done enough antagonist roles, however when I came across actor Ju Ji-hoon, on the scene of “Hunt” and through couple small talk about the movie ‘Gentleman’ I thought it would be interesting to work with Ju Ji-hoon on a official movie as a main characters. In the end, I think I did the right thing participating in the production.” addressed actor Park Sung-woong throughout the press conference of the upcoming South Korean movie “Gentleman” held at Megabox located in Seongsu district Seoul on December 1.

South Korean movie premiering on December 28, “Gentleman” is a movie about private investigator who mimics prosecutor solving crimes in fun and unique ways.
South Korean actor Ju Ji-hoon acted out the CEO of private investigation service Ji Hyun-soo, former prosecutor and CEO of big law firm Kwon Do-hun is acted by Park Sung-woong, prosecutor Kim Hwa-jin is acted by actress Choi Sung-eun.

Actress Choi Sung-eun who made name for herself throughout the series “The Sound of Magic” was praised as very talented super rookie actress throughout the press conference.
“Actress Choi Sung-eun has that tone of voice where people can trust therefore from the beginning I was given the impression of incarnated version of prosecutor Kim Hwa-jin.” addressed director during the press conference of the movie “Gentleman.”
“Gentleman” is a crime entertainment movie aiming at the end of the year.
“Personally I love fun but at the same time fast movies,” adding “Hope audiences will leave the movie theatre with more refreshed mind, I personally think ‘Gentleman’ is a movie where audiences can enter with hype and leave the theater with clean and solid after feel. “ director of the movie stated throughout the press conference.
“Since the movie is about the crime, there are a lot of scenes related to crimes, however it was very easy for use to understand and directions were very clear” actor Ju Ji-hoon stated throughout the press conference of the movie “Gentleman.”
Production of the movie “Gentleman” put a lot of effort into art and music side of the production as well. Director known for their work “Space Sweepers,” “Hellbound,” Byun Bong-seon, art director Cho hwa-sung from “Hansan :Rising Dragon,” “Deliver Us From Evil” and music director Dal Pa-ran from “Believer,” and “Call” participated in the production.
Director Kim specifically asked art director “I want the overall feel to be like a graphic novel,” adding “When using colors, I want darker shade of colors,” for more detailed directions for better overall production.
Especially director Kim Kyung-won addressed that he put a lot of effort into creating the mansion of Kwon Do-hoon.

“Although it might sound like I am lying, however the dog Wing understands our command to walk faster, slower or just walk,” adding “Filming with animals is not an easy thing, however, I was able to leave early after successfully filming the scene all thanks to Wing.” actor Ju Ji-hoon chuckled while sharing some of the back stories regarding the production of “Gentleman.”
