SEOUL, Mar. 24 (Yonhap) – S. Korean singer-songwriter Lee Jin-ah will hold a solo concert in about 2 years and 4 months and meet her fans.
Lee will hold a concert “Everyday I Sing For Joy” at Sogang University Marry Hall in Mapo-gu, Seoul, from Apr. 16 to 17, according to the agency Antenna on Thursday.
It is the first solo concert in about 2 years and 4 months since the singer’s year-end concert “Jin-ah’s room(translated),” which was held in December, 2019.
The title of the concert comes from the lyric of the single “Rum Pum Pum,” which was released in January, 2022, and Lee will sing diverse songs that go well with spring.
The agency said, “Lee will present not only the charms she has shown in the past, but also a special stage that the singer has never performed before.”
Lee made herself known by entering the top 3 of SBS TV’s “K-pop Star 4” in 2014.
The singer has showed unique styles of music of diverse genres, such as pop, ballad, and R%B, with fresh and unique vocals and dropped hit songs, including “RUN,” “Yum Yum Yum,” “I’M FULL,” and “Random.”
