SEOUL, Mar. 15 (Yonhap) -- South Korean boy band Golden Child’s Y will drop his solo debut single “If I Were the Wind” six years after his debut, the artist’s agency Woolim Entertainment announced Wednesday.
His debut single track is a farewell song with an impressive piano sound. He will sing the wandering heart of a man who eventually comes to long her ex-lover after a breakup.
Y made his debut as a member of the K-pop boy band Golden Child in 2017 as the ten-piece act’s main vocalist.
The multi-faceted member is also expecting to enlist in the military on Mar. 20 after dropping his very first solo single.
