SEOUL, Jan. 12 (Yonhap) -- “Our Beloved Summer,” a romance drama depicting first love, reached 5% of viewership.
The SBS TV Monday-Tuesday drama recorded the highest view ratings with 5.2% percent, on episode 12, which was aired on Jan. 10 at 10 p.m., according to Nielsen Korea, the audience measurement company, Wednesday.
In the episode, the ex-couple Choi Woong (Choi Woo-shik) and Kook Yeon-soo (Kim Da-mi), who decided to be friends, were seen starting their relationship once again.
After hearing the news, Kim Ji-woong (Kim Sung-cheol) and NJ (Roh Jeung-eui) went for a drink and talked about the difficulties of their unrequited love.
The SBS series, portraying the story of a broken-up couple who meets again, received positive remarks for making the viewers’ hearts flutter.
In addition to the four characters' relationship, the series adds fun with supporting actors including Lee Sol-yi ( Park Jin-joo), a friend of Kook Yeon-soo, and Koo Eun Ho (Ahn Dong-Goo), Woong’s manager.
