SEOUL, Dec. 5 (Yonhap) -- "Drive My Car," directed by Ryusuke Hamaguchi, will be re-released to meet the Korean audiences, marking the first anniversary of its release in Korea.
The movie revolves around director and actor Kafuku (Hidetoshi Nishijima), who lives in sorrow after his wife died, meeting driver Misaki (Doko Miura) and recovering from his wounds.
Released in Korea last December, the movie received awards at leading overseas film festivals, including the Cannes Film Festival Award for Best Screenplay, the Academy International Feature Film Award, and Golden Globe Award for Best Foreign Language Film.
