SEOUL, Dec. 20 (Yonhap) -- ITZY, the fourth generation K-pop girl group, will release their best album “IT'z ITZY” and officially make a Japanese debut, on Dec. 22.
ITZY held their first online live “ITZY JAPAN DEBUT SHOWCASE ‘IT'z ITZY’” and met their fans on Dec. 18, before their official Japanese debut.
ITZY started with their hit “DALA DALA” and performed 3 more songs including “WANNABE-Japanese ver.-,” “ICY,” and “LOCO-Japanese ver.-.”
“As our Japanese fans waited for our debut, we prepared with excitement and are happy to begin our activities,” said the members.
ITZY pre-released the Japanese version of “WANNABE” and “LOCO” each on Nov. 11 and Dec. 1 and appeared in the Japanese Music TV program “Music Station” on Nov. 12.
