SEOUL, Dec. 17 (Yonhap) -- 4-piece rookie girl-group “Rocking doll” has appeared to the music scene with an ambition to rock the world.
“We are debuting to the music industry releasing our 1st single ‘Rocking doll’ on December 19th,” said the new girls on an online media showcase Friday.
The band includes 4 teenage members Roa, Juri, Ahri and Rena.
The team’s name, a conjunction of ‘rocking,’ which means shaking and dope, and ‘doll,’ shows their ambition to overcome any difficulties like a rocking doll and rock the world with excellent performances.
Also the debut single with the same name contains a special story as well.
“It is a unique concept of outer-space fairies living in ’Rocking Doll Planet’ one day heads to Earth through a portal opened beyond the planet,” explained the members.
The members each represent 4 planets and are guarding fairies of their planets.
