SEOUL, August 18 (Yonhap) -- S.Korean singer Kang Daniel has tested positive for COVID-19, his agency Konnect Entertainment announced on Thursday.
Kang Daniel has tested positive on Wednesday after undergoing PCR test to attend Japan’s biggest music festival “Summer Sonice 2022.”
The agency said, “Kang Daniel has already taken third rounds of vaccines,” adding, “He is showing no specific symptoms.”
Kang Daniel is canceling all of his schedules including “Summer Sonic 2022” festival, which was planned for Aug. 20-21. He also will not attend the media showcase for Mnet’s dance competition program “Street Man fighter” on Aug. 23.
