SEOUL, May 10 (Yonhap) -- Plankton Music, a Korean music company, announced that folk music group, Coreyah will release their new single "The Love Principle" on the 10th.
"The Love Principle" is a sensuous dance song that harmonizes the tones of traditional instruments such as the Geomungo, Daegeum (large bamboo flute), Kkwaenggwari (flat gong) with beats produced by drum machines.
Last year, Coreyah went viral after they performed their fourth album "Clap & Applause" live for the first time and fans have asked for new music ever since.
Coreyah is a six-member Korean psychedelic folk music group who integrates traditional Korean instruments, vocals, guitar, and percussion.
Since the band's debut in 2010, Coreyah has performed in about 40 countries and appeared on NPR Music's Tiny Desk Concert last year, drawing attention from both national and international music fans.
