This undated photo, released by the Namwon municipality in South Korea's southwestern province of North Jeolla on Aug. 23, 2022, shows farmer Huh In-sung posing with four Calvatia nipponica, one of the rarest species in the Calvatia genus and known as puffball mushrooms, that he found at an apple farm in a village at the foot of Mount Jiri in Namwon. Seven Calvatia nipponica mushrooms, which are said to have positive effects on hemostasis and detoxification, were found at the same farm last year, the city government said.
