Most expensive land in S. Korea

This photo, taken Dec. 18, 2024, shows the building of the cosmetics shop Nature Republic in the Myeongdong area of Seoul. The plot of the building is priced at 180.50 million won (US$125,705) per square meter based on the government's public land price calculation, the most expensive in South Korea. (Yonhap)
