N. Korea's Kim, Xi to hold 'in-depth' summit: China's foreign ministry
By Park Boram
BEIJING/SEOUL, Sept. 4 (Yonhap) -- North Korean leader Kim Jong-un and Chinese President Xi Jinping will hold an "in-depth" summit, China's foreign ministry said Thursday.
China's foreign ministry spokesman, Guo Jiakun, made the remarks a day after Kim and Xi, together with Russian President Vladimir Putin, took center stage at China's large-scale military parade at Tiananmen Square in Beijing.
When the meeting will take place is not immediately known.
Kim was in Beijing for a third day on Thursday after arriving aboard his private armored train with his daughter and heir apparent, Ju-ae, to attend the parade marking the 80th anniversary of the end of World War II.
