N. Korea dismantles power line towers for Kaesong complex
This photo, taken by the South Korean Army on Nov. 30, 2024, and released by the unification ministry on Dec. 3, shows a transmission tower being dismantled by North Korea. The dismantling began on Nov. 24, targeting towers that South Korea had constructed to supply power to the Kaesong Industrial Complex, which housed South Korean businesses in the border town of Kaesong in western North Korea.
