Ice fishing fest in Hwacheon

This photo, taken Jan. 8, 2023, shows people taking part in the Hwacheon Sancheoneo Ice Festival, an annual ice fishing fest, held in Hwacheon County in the eastern Gangwon Province. The event, opened the previous day, was held for the first time in three years due to the COVID-19 pandemic. (Yonhap)
