BTS’ Jin Wraps Up Solo Tour in Incheon, Joined on Stage by J-Hope and Jungkook

SEOUL, Oct. 31 -- Jin of BTS reunited with fans for the finale of his solo fan concert tour on Friday evening at Incheon Munhak Stadium, marking his first encounter with ARMY in about four months, his agency BigHit Music said.

The show wrapped up Jin’s 10-city fan concert tour, which began in Goyang in June and included stops across Japan, the United States, and Europe.

Earlier in the tour, Jin sold out all seats at Japan’s Kyocera Dome Osaka, including upper-tier and limited-view seats, and became the first Korean solo artist to perform at the O2 Arena in London. He also drew the largest-ever audience for a Korean act at Honda Center in Anaheim.

Under the theme “Jin’s Challenge,” the singer interacted with fans through various participatory segments, including “Telepathy with ARMY” and “Sing It, ARMY,” where he guessed songs from audience singalongs.

Jin opened the concert by running onto the stadium track and launching into “Running Wild,” the title track of his first solo album. He followed up with performances of “I’ll Be There,” “A Journey with the Clouds,” and “Until I Reach You.”

He also added a touch of nostalgia by singing BTS’ “The Truth Untold” from the group’s third studio album and performed his 2017 solo song “Awake” live for the first time in about eight years since the group’s world tour.

Jin captivated the audience as he floated around the stadium in a giant hot-air balloon while singing “Moon,” and thrilled fans further with a medley of BTS hits, including “IDOL,” “So What,” and “My Universe.”

Fellow BTS members J-Hope and Jungkook made surprise appearances, joining Jin for an energetic performance of “Super Tuna.” J-Hope and Jungkook also performed their respective solo songs, “Killin’ It Girl” and “Standing Next to You.” The trio’s joint performance marked their first shared stage in four months since J-Hope’s encore world tour concert at Goyang Stadium in June.

The concert was streamed live on fan platform Weverse. Jin will hold another show at the same venue on Nov. 1.
