SEOUL March 15 (yonhap) — National museum of Korea has appointed South Korean actor Kang Hoon as their honorary ambassador on Wednesday.
Actor Kang Hoon who debuted through a short film premiered in 2009 “Gori” and continued on with his career through “The red Sleeve,” “Little Women” and more.
Early in 2023, actor crossed paths with the National Museum of Korea by recording the introduction video for the exhibition “Six Centuries of Beauty in the Habsburg Empire” through Naver TV.
“As a honorary ambassador of South Korea’s representative museum I will work hard to not only advertise domestically but also globally.” addressed actor Kang Hoon who loves to visit the museums.
Kang Hoon started his activities after participating at the appointing ceremony of the honorary ambassador.
“We are excited to work with actor Kang Hoon as our honorary ambassador and to see the great achievements we will able to make together in the future.” addressed director general Yoon Seong-yong.
