SEOUL, May 15 (Yonhap) — By what strategies will the professor, who teaches business administration at the university, overcome the weaknesses of "the oldest driver" and "short driving career" in the Super 6000 class, the top class of the super race?
The 2021 CJ Korea Express Super Race Championship (Super 6000 Class, GT Class, Cadillac CT4 Class, M Class, and Radical Cup Korea), a domestic motor sports festival stage, will kick off with a splendid opening match on the 16th at Everland Speedway in Yongin, Gyeonggi Province.
The "Super 6000 Class" is by far the best class within the super race. It is refreshing to see a stock car with 6,200cc and 460 horsepower based on Toyota GR Supra speeding at a speed of more than 300km per hour on a straight road.
This year's Super 6000 class has 21 drivers, and there is a person who stands out. Lee Eun-jung (L&K), the 47-year-old driver, is the main character.
Lee Eun-jung will debut in the Super 6000 class.

With her late debut, she has the shortest career among drivers, but is the oldest. She is one year older than veteran Cho Sung-woo (46, Atlas BX).
It is the first time in five years that a female driver has appeared in the Super 6000 class since Jeon Nan-hee in 2016.
"Driver Lee Eun-jung" is unfamiliar to fans of motorsports. She is a "late bloomer driver" who has only 15 real races in her third year of motor sports career.
Led Eunjung also has a unique job.
While super 6000 class drivers take motor sports as a job, Lee Eun-jung is a professor who teaches business administration to students at the university. The driver is her precious "vice character".
The introduction to motorsports was also different from ordinary drivers.
In 2018, the "Track Day" of the new car was held at Inje Speedium, and the thrilling speed she felt on the circuit, not on the public road, naturally led her to motor sports.
Lee Eun-jung said, "My husband's active support for motor sports helped me a lot in introducing motor sports."
In April 2019, she entered motor sports without a team in the Nexen Tire Speed Racing R-300 class, and after taking full-fledged driver classes, she jumped into GT1 class through the Benzo-Lucas Road team in 2020.
Although her performance was in the lower ranks, she even competed in the endurance race and gained 'short and bold' experience. The GT1 class' best performance was ninth.
Lee Eun-jung, who finished last season, took on a new challenge, setting her destination at the top class of Super 6000.
She could have built up her career further, but she hurried to "promote" as the system changed to compete in various competitions and accumulate 150 points to participate in the Super 6000 class from 2022. She had a short career and poor grades, so this was her last chance for promotion.

Earlier this year, Lee rushed to obtain an international C-class license, an entry into the Super 6000 class.
The Korea Automobile Racing Association (KARA), which is in charge of licensing, also sent a supervisor to watch the practice process on the circuit and ruled "OK" because Lee Eun-jung, who has a short career, challenged the Super 6000 class.
A KARA official also laughed, saying, "The machine was only a little slow (?) and there was no problem issuing the license."
Lee Eun-jung, who is about to make her Super 6000 class debut, is preparing thoroughly.
Although she is worried that her team is a newborn and not well-prepared to play, she is busy building up her strong stamina to overcome the enormous speed and gravitational acceleration of the Super 6000 class.
When asked about her goal, Lee stressed, "Although it is slow, it is to complete the race." However, he cautiously said, "The goal is not to make a big difference from other machines."
