SEOUL, May 19 (Yonhap) – S. Korean singer Kassy will release a new digital single “LOVE & HATE” on May 19 at 6 p.m., according to the agency Nextar Entertainment.
It is the singer’s first new album in about seven months since the mini album “Old Story,” which was dropped in October, 2021. It contains the double title songs “Don’t wanna leave tonight” and “HATE YOU.”
“Don’t wanna leave tonight” depicts the happiness and excitement of starting love, while “HATE YOU” expresses the desperate feelings experienced when ending a relationship.
Nextar Entertainment introduced, “The album contains two conflicting emotions so many people would relate to the songs.”
The new song was written by Kassy and composed by lyricist Cho Yeong-su.
