SEOUL, Nov. 18 (Yonhap) —"The charm of this concert is to show the Eric Nam no one has ever expected." "Everyone, get ready to have a good time; put down all the stereotypes of me, dance, and sing."
 
Eric Nam, known as a "golden boy," will hold a solo concert for the first time in three years.


Eric Nam, who will hold his concert titled "Eric Nam World Tour 2022 Seoul" at Yes24 Live Hall located in Gwangjin-gu, Seoul on November 20, said during the interview which was held on November 17 with Yonhap News Agency, "I am so excited but slightly nervous at the same time."
 
After releasing his second full-length album, "There and Back Again," in January this year, Eric Nam left for a tour in North America and Europe.
 
"The experience of singing at a place where I saw my favorite musicians such as Adele, John Legend, and the Beatles was very special and encouraging," he said.
 
This concert in Korea is a finale concert, concluding the world tour he had all around North America, Europe, Australia, and Asia.
 
He showed confidence, saying, "Please look forward to a party that is fancy, fun, and energetic."
Eric Nam, who became a global artist, will star in the Hollywood psychological thriller "Transplant" and show his charm as an actor as well.
 
He explained, "I played Jonah Yoon, a surgical resident (major), who tries to become a cardiothoracic surgeon fellow at the world's best hospital."
 
The shooting for "Transplant" is done, and it is going through editing.


Eric Nam also expressed condolences to the victims of the Itaewon tragedy and their families.
