SEOUL, April 18 (Yonhap) -- The music video of girl group Kep1er’s debut song “WA DA DA” has surpassed 100 million views on YouTube, according to WAKEONE·Swing Entertainment, Monday.
The music video gained popularity by surpassing 3 million views in January, only 5 hours after its release, and passing 55 million views after a month.
The song “WA DA DA” topped the iTunes charts in 11 countries and entered the U.S. Billboard World Digital Song Sales·Hot Trending Songs charts. The group’s first mini-album with the song recorded more than 200,000 sales in the first week.
Kep1er is a 9-member girl group formed through Mnet’s audition TV program “Girls Planet 999, The Girls Saga.”
