SEOUL, Mar. 28 (Yonhap)-- The Haeundae Sand Festival, held at Haeundae Beach, Busan will open under the theme of 'Traveling the world through the sand' this may.

Haeundae-gu, Busan announced on the 28th that the 2022 Haeundae Sand Festival will be held from May 20th to 23rd at the Haeundae Beach and Gunam-ro.

Three South Korean sand artists will be invited to create 15 sand sculptures that express the landmarks of each country.
