SEOUL, Apr. 11 (Yonhap) – Seoul Grand Park announced on Apr. 11 that it has created "Hero Garden" with the donation of S. Korean singer Lim Young-woong's fan club.
"Hero Garden," which is part of the "Flower Forest Project" joined by the public, was voluntarily raised by Lim Young-woong's fan club "Young-woong’s Era with Hero" to support the construction, and the landscape architecture business team of Shinsegae E&C was in charge of the construction.
“Hero Garden” was built on a scale of 1,450㎡ in front of the Seoul Grand Park Information Center. It consists of a “Sky Blue Garden,” where you can enjoy the color of sky blue, the official color of Lim’s fan club, for four seasons, and a trail filled with sky blue hydrangeas. Moreover, more than 40 species of flowers, including Nemophila, Pennisetum alopecuroides, and Thymus quinquecostatus, provide the colorful scenery.
Lee Soo-yeon, the head of the Seoul Grand Park, said, “With the creation of Hero Garden voluntarily participated by the Seoul Grand Park, companies, and citizens, we will work harder to realize a community garden platform.”
